Improve our non-profit website (Joomla)

Hi, we're a non-profit organisation. We bought a template Joomla but we are not satisfied with what we can do. We want a freelancer that can improve the existing and create new content. We just wish to change our home page for the moment: Add our logo at the top left Our first big image must be a slider of 4 images with arrow for scrolling (not automatic) Have our latest Facebook publications (with a button to follow our page) in the "Il était une fois" section on the right. Creation of two counters of our actions with cool design: The number of meals we have distributed (with a function that automatically adds every week 1500 meals) The number of clothing we have distributed (like meals fuction) Reduce the photo gallery. The work is not very complicated and if its done well we'll have the creation of 2/3 pages with a little more work to do.
