Installation of Affiliate Platform on website

Our client wants to install an "Affiliate Platform" on his https website using PHP 7.0. We are not looking for just an Affiliate link tracking platform. Our "Client's Website" is static, in PHP 7.0 without CMS. "Affiliate Platform" script must be compatible with https and PHP 7.0 version. The Affiliate Platform must have the ability to check how much sales they have done for our "Client's Website". Just to show you an example how "Affiliate Platform" should work: Step 1: "Website A" places a Banner Advertisement with Hyper link on his website. The Hyperlink points to a landing page located at our "Client's Website". Step 2: Due to the effort of doing Banner Advertisement "Mr. A" - a new web site user clicks on banner and comes from "Website A" to ==>> our "Client's Website" Step 3: "Mr. A" fills an "Online Order Form" located at our "Client's Website" At our "Client's Website" an order form is already present and works fine (php form) but it may needs some addition to fit the Tracking/Affiliate part. Step 4: Our "Client's Website" does not accept online orders and does not do automatic payment processing. This means, our client will manually contact "Mr. A" via email and ask for the payment. Step 5: After getting payment from "Mr. A", our client will manually update the online "Affiliate Platform" and input the sale in the favour of "Website A" along with % per sale. Step 6: "Website A" uses his login and password to check his commission per sale, how many sales they have done in past/history etc... Step 7: "Website A" uses his login and password and requests payment/withdrawal of his earned commission. :: Terms of payment :: If we award you the project then we will place 100% project Money inside a milestone. Once you fully complete the work then you we will release the 100% full payment. We always pay and you can check out our profile for past projects. Note: You will not get FTP or Filemanager access. You need to send us php script and we will upload it for you. Next, you can do an online login and customize the whole thing. You must show your past work project related to Affiliate Platform.
