Integrate and online form with Adobe Echosign.

I need to make an online form (for a wordpress site) where a customer can fill out a property offer form that involves three steps: 1. Customer fills in the form with their details and offer then clicks next. 2. Once the customer clicks next, the values that the customer enters into the fields will then be merged into a pdf form and uploaded into echosign using their API. 3. The new uploaded echosign pdf will then be displayed to the customer so they can review or sign. This is what the offer form will need to look like (required fields) and how it needs to function: http://digitalaviators.com.au/apsales/#p=steps What goes into the pdf form will depend on what the customer clicked on in checkboxes or conditions on the online form. There are also some fields in the pdf form that need to be calculated from the values entered on the online form. The form will need to go on a number of different properties. Ideally we would create an offer form template in word-press that allows us to upload or select which pdf template that will be used for that property.
