When it will be possible for you to share the existing ERP system? I also need to know whether Quick books API is already integrated with your system or I need to make that?
The idea behind the API is there is no need to program for
- Insert to GL Interface (GL_Interface)
- The validations required to import
- Submission of GL Import.
I will ensure that the credit equals debit and it will submit GL Import when parameter p_submit_gl_interface is Y.
As per my experience the mandatory fields with GL interface are:
STATUS, ACCOUNTING_DATE , CURRENCY_CODE , DATE_CREATED, CREATED_BY , ACTUAL_FLAG, USER_JE_CATEGORY_NAME , USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME etc.
The fields which needs to Insert into GL_INTERFACE are:
LEDGER_ID, STATUS, SET_OF_BOOKS_ID , USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME, USER_JE_CATEGORY_NAME, ACCOUNTING_DATE ,CURRENCY_CODE, DATE_CREATED, CREATED_BY, ACTUAL_FLAG, ENCUMBRANCE_TYPE_ID , BUDGET_VERSION_ID ,USER_CURRENCY_CONVERSION_TYPE , CURRENCY_CONVERSION_DATE, CURRENCY_CONVERSION_RATE, SEGMENT etc.
