Long Term Project in PHP-Codeignitor & MongoDB

Hi Freelancers Please read each term very carefully. Important: Please ensure you chat only after you've read all the terms and agree to them. This will save time for both of us. We're looking for an experienced PHP Codeignitor developer who can help us in implementing MongoDB for our RFID attendance machines. The RFID machines send data to our servers. Attendance Data is received in JSON format on our AWS servers. Below skill set is mandatory to work: (Please excuse if you are not familiar with any skill, Thanks!) -PHP Codeignitor -GitHUB -MongoDB Our MySQL DB is already LIVE with attendance working fine on it. The only issue we face on it is that it’s a little too slow. To fix that up, we implemented CouchDB and it has helped us in fetching the data quickly. There was another issue we faced in CouchDB. The entire process to implement CouchDB took more than 2 weeks. Then check the entire system where student details are updated needed an update in CouchDB too. To fix it, we need to check every module, its submodule, and screens in those submodules, which is an overkill. To move ahead, our team has decided to implement MongoDB in our project for the Attendance module (for now). We will make use of the freelance developer to implement the attendance module, its reports and all the screens where student personal details are edited. We feel it is a 5-7 days effort for an experienced PHP Codeigniter developer. Please do not even bid if you don't agree with any of the terms listed below. Point 1. Please bid on the project only if you can work full time for 7 days from the date of the project awarded. Point 2. Support project after initial implementation will include: -Upgrading the project to MongoDB from MySQL -MySQL queries to be replaced by proper MongoDB query documents Point 3. We release the project milestones at the end of the month only. For the initial implementation, we will release the milestone as soon as the work is completed. Point 4. All modules where MongoDB is implemented may include API changes(for mobile apps) and the same has to be provided by the Freelance Developer Point 5. We do not release the milestone until the freelancer provides our team’s developer Source Code walkthrough Point 6. The developer needs to sign NDA with us for not publishing the source online or selling to anyone else. Point 7. Our development team will help you in each doubt clarification and we expect you to reply back with confirmation on understanding. Payment Terms: Point 1. For the initial attendance implementation, we will pay 20k for 7 days of work. Point 2. If the project works good and results are beneficial, we are ready to keep a support project for 2 years for the same(maybe even longer), where we will need the developer’s for 3 hours every day in implementing MongoDB in all the other modules and slowly replace MySQL from our ERP project entirely. Point 3. During the support work, we would prefer to pay the freelancer an amount of 15k for each month and shall provide list of deliverables for each month in advance. One milestone will be created at a time. Point 4. Not all milestones will be created at the same time. We need to store the attendance data received on the above link onto the MongoDB. We need to ensure the below once the attendance is stored on MongoDB: The student edit, student promotion/deletion/class transfer shall be taken care of.
