Question 1- there is not any extension but i can create one for you. and you said "I want the user to not visualize any product on the first page", do you mean you want categories and products to be all hidden or only in home page? Question 2- it can be done by "Virtual Product", and can add extra fields for product by new modules. I do have complete knowledge and insights, how your both requirements to be achieved. 1. This is called product recommendations, when any user visits the site, there will be a pop up asking attributes, which can be configured in magento system configuration until answered that pop up keep appearing, once answered it will show products based on the attribute values, and wouldn't show again. I have done this before. 2. This can be achieved using virtual products, which is magento default festure, by using this anyone can sale services on ecommerce applications. I have done this before.
