Migrate website to Wordpress / WPML expert needed for Language translation

Hello, I watched the video, but i'm not sure you understand how wpml works, i'm 90% sure you have to create all the pages for every language and copy paste the text for each language. About the moving website, i think the other team just copy paste every page, if you don't have any access to other website, i don't see a way to move dynamically everything. Regards, Marius.

Hello. WPML Expert - thats what you said at the end to put here at the start of bid. I hav eread details. I have seen the video. You are actually having two points to do: 1) Move all pages to the new version. I dont think that a script will be able to do this. Because the previous website is not in WP. You dont want to do design the theme, just import data that you have there. 2) Setup WPML so that it works properly. However actual translations will be done later may be. But the languages should work properly. I will need WP Admin access and access to previous website. I have created and customized wordpress themes in the past, so it appears to be an intersting job to me. Looking Forward. Tx
