Misc adjustments to my Wordpress website

I need a number of small things fixed on my website ([login to view URL]): The header at the top doesn't line up on all pages and "twitches" upon first loading. Please test on Chrome and Internet Explorer/Edge to make sure it loads properly. I also would like the fixed yellow header bar split up so that when I load the page in mobile, the header doesn't get really small and unreadable. On each page, the featured image in the slider and the text mash together. Also, the phone number at the top, I would like to make a tel: link, but in the theme, it doesn't format it. And to make things easier, all my custom CSS is in "Appearance, Edit CSS" - I likely have some conflicting CSS causing issues as well. Please help me get my Google Pagespeed rank back up. I migrated my site and lost some optimizations- my page score used to be 84 for desktop and pretty close to that for mobile. Please apply the suggestions Pagespeed gives you to increase my score.
