I want to create a web application, the web app should have user and admin modules. The user module should have basic functionality like profile builder and file upload functionality (max 10 MB of size). it should also have email integration with google, yahoo, Hotmail etc...(no Facebook, twitter integration required).
The admin module should have backend functionality which will have control over user module, basically, the admin will allow or reject the user data entry and the file which is uploaded. Basis the authentication of data entry admin will assign the QR code to the user and the same QR code should be visible to the users profile.
