Need a Custom Professional Website

I need a Professional Gaming Website. I need it to stick out more than the others and be able to monetize it at anytime. I can use free website builders like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], but I need something more than that. [login to view URL] was my only link to be able to build a nice affordable website that allowed me to add music, make applications and manage members who register on my website. I can no longer do this because vistaprint took that over and they don't offer anything that [login to view URL] used too offer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I run a major gaming organization known as the "Shadow Corporation". We are a Private Military & Security Corporation that operates under the International Military Simulation Community. I am currently looking to take over the IMSC shortly, and want a website for players to look for Military Simulators regardless of platform. Something like: [login to view URL] So I am looking to build 2 websites, first mine for my unit and once that is done, another for the IMSC. I unfortunately am on a tight budget and can not go over $600 USD. So I hope I can find someone that is willing to work with me and my budget and can help me get this going before 2022. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To be specific on what I am looking for: 1. I need this project to be Custom Coded 2. I do not wish to purchase any subscriptions through [login to view URL], wordpress, etc 3. If I need a custom domain, so be it, But I would like to have my own domain and end domain ".com, .org. etc" if possible 4. There are 2 projects here, not one. In my last post some of you, thought it was one and some tried charging double for 2 projects. - Not looking to pay double 5. What I want out of my project to specified detail. - When people come to my side I want my logo to pop out of the screen and rotate and say "Welcome to the Shadow Corporation" then a button will appear under it for to user to enter the website. - In the site, there will be sections which I will explain later, some that are not abled to be accessed unless you are a member of the site and others that require a password and a security clearance thats attached to the members profile 6. The other site is similar to the [login to view URL] site, but this is solely to direct anyone to register their unit, and so players can find units I hope this is more explanative, if you have any questions, please let me know.
