Need custom Wordpress, for video production company

All the designs are made, just need a site developed into custom WordPress From there user would be able to click and "Enter Here" button that would initiate a page transition that looks like a rocket dragging the website from the bottom of the screen to the top. The home page would be very simple, (reference: [login to view URL]) just a simple quote or tagline with a static navigation on the left side of the page. Using the navigation the user will be able to move through the website which would "slide" to whatever section they've selected. The first section would be "Meet the Crew" (Reference: Meet The [login to view URL]). This is a really simple page featuring images of the people who work for SMP and their titles. Each images is a rollover image. The normal state is a grayscale image and the rollover state is full color. In the "work" (reference: [login to view URL]) section, SMP would like a subtle moving background. Ideally it would be like this: [login to view URL] Finally the "contact" section is really simple contact form, their address, phone number, email address, and a google map showing their office location.
