I need a programmer to to protect using my excel sheet on one PC...

I have an excel sheet that I want to sell to clients through my website
1. client requests to buy the file from my website php server linux
2. client pays the fees (on my website)
3. payment confirmed (automatically or manually by admin)
4. clients download the excel file and use it only at the PC that the client downloads the file on.
5. if the client send the file to another PC. it refuses to open and shows only an error page telling that the PC is not authorized (using one sheet in excel and forcing to hide other sheets)
I attached a file that I purchased years ago, but could not find the programmer, the can only open on MY PC.
you don't need to do it exactly the same.. I uploaded it just to share the idea that I'm looking for.
