Need someone expert with WordPress, php and divi theme

Need someone expert with WordPress, php and divi theme Site: [login to view URL] We have two pages for exact same design: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] If you in any page, we have this contact form (screenshot: [login to view URL] ) What we need to do is a multi-step form. We will need only a few fields in step 1, and when someone fills up the first step, that particular information is saved in the database and the user is taken to a page with the step2 form. Where we ask more information and then finally a thank you message. Why we need to save in database after step1 as well as step2: so that in case customer dont fill what we ask in step 2, we atleast have step 1 information saved with us so we can manually contact them and ask them to come to fill up entire form again. What more is needed, if a customer fills the step1 and in case in next 30mintues step 2 of that session is not collected, an email is sent to the customer with a link in it, which will bring them to the same session step2, which means they need not enter step1 again.. basically this website does it exactly: [login to view URL] when in first place you enter the details, and press submit button the url for the next step is something like this: [login to view URL] and the step2 form has information prefilled. I need someone to do this in under 2 to 3 hours . Our site [login to view URL] is on Divi Theme and I feel i that theme itself we can easily make multistep forms, for sure, just you need to get that perfect in some place in code to make it saving in backend as well as to get that displayed in database and hence in wp-admin. I believe its a 2 to 3hours of task and who knows his stuff better, can surely do it. Posting this project as hourly, however my total budget will be not crossing $20 for this stuff.
