Need Your Consult on Building CRM Software

I am a designer seeking a developer that has experience with building cloud-based, browser based CRM (Customer Retention Management) and email marketing software to consult me on the skills and resources needed to build this out and get it functional. Again, this is not to complete the actual job, but just to give me consult and direction. We would use Skype, the Freelancer messenger, or meet in person if here in the states. If things go well the next step could mean hire for the project itself. The main features I am looking to have functional at startup are as follows: - User login with the ability to link Facebook credentials for login. - The user can create forms to embed on their website. - Those forms will import the new lead prospect data and create a profile for the lead in to their dashboard. - User can also manually add their own lead prospect profile to their dashboard. - User gets notified of new leads via email and sms. - New leads have lead status drop down and follow-up notification drop down to remind user to follow up. - Can add notes for to lead prosper profile. - User can send email to the lead through built in email client in dashboard. - User can also set emails up to send later. - Email client also has the ability to create automated e-mail campaigns for new leads similar to mailchimp or aweber. - User can create and save email templates. - Dashboard shows email open and click-through rate Please, with your bid please show me that you have the skills necessary to consult on this project.
