odoo installation and customization

i am looking for odoo deployment with the below modules in our ubuntu server:
- Accounting
- Invoicing
- Purchasing
Also we will need to have customization for invoice template we will need to upload 4 invoice template and we want to be able to chose between them each time we issue invoice
also we will have to do 2 template for our Purchase order
finally we will need to build dashboard of of 6 gadgets (graph, pie chart or table ) from the data base
when finish all the above you need to clone it to a new server (we will have demo environment same everything)
please do not put intial budget bid the exact amount that you will do the job based on
