Online Cover Design

My client like to build a responsive online tire cover designer where a customer can upload into canvas and adjust picture (size or position), upload logo, enter and format and position text, enter and format and change angle of an arc text and save the picture which will make the design save in server as well as mail the registered user to his registered mail. I have not accepted the projects yet till I find proper and economic developer for the project. I am mentioning what I need as follows- 1. I must need a) a javascript/jquery system to set background color and upload high resolution picture in any of 3 different sized canvas- like for tire design say 3500x3500 px, windows cover design and another more which will display in smaller sized canvas to hold in browser which needs to be responsive. b)Also a editor based on same canvas to add and format and position (draggable) text c)Adding and formatting arc text ( text color, size, arc angle) and position (draggable) in same canvas. d) If user save the picture it will be save in server for admin and mail the message to user about his image creation. 2. A PHP site preferably with magento (or as per the convenience) a shopping site based on the cover designs uploaded by admin with above canvas integrated. Please bid if you are capable of thecanvas/ javascript editor as I mentioned in point 1 and integrate with the shopping site. Please bid only if you are confident with the thing I required and I can pay US$200-300 depending upon if you can show me sample of the similar canvas/ javascript editor with background, logo, text, arc text editing, dragging capability. I have not confirmed the project yet with client till I get a proper developer who can send me demo. I can show a similar rival site but remember this is based on flash where we need responsive site which means the editor module must work in mobiles like android or iphone ie build on javascript or its any framework not flash. I also can accept if developer like to make the editor for me and integrate it with upcoming shopping site and in this case I will provide 100-150US$. From my side I can supply HTML for the shopping site max build on bootstrap 3, developer need to integrate php/magento/ any framework he likes with the main editor module. And again project is not yet confirmed till I see any same demo as I mentioned and I can speak to my client for final agreement. I will cancel the project if not get any satisfied bid or if client cancel the project. The project is good so need good developer- freelancer.
