OPENCART Filters and Filter Groups Dropdown

Hi, We are looking at configuring Filters on every Category page. But because we have lot of FilterGroups (~20) and Fitlers (178) in these Filter Groups, the list of filters looks very long and requires lot of scrolling before actually the customer starts looking at products. (it's painful especially in the Mobile View)... Is there any option where, by default only the Filter Group Shows in the Filter Search area and only if the customer clicks on the Filter Group, the filters in that group expand and show. FOr example, [login to view URL] In the attached image, we want only Men's Styles and Women's Styles to show ( and not all it's sub filters). Once customer clicks on the Men's Styles, the filters of Round neck, V-neck etc can show.
