PDF to custom WordPress+WooCommerce site

A PDF design needs to be converted into a custom functioning WordPress+WooCommerce theme design. Fonts: Bebas, Futura LT, Mind Rush Colours: Dark Grey: #404041 Pink: #facbcb Header bar: Top bar to display offer message. Needs to be easy for client to update themselves on the back end. Menu Bar: Menu items to go pink on rollover. To stay pink on current page. Dropdown menu on shop, shown on p2 on PDF. Icons on the right are login, wishlist and shopping bag. To work in the same way as [login to view URL] Footer: Social links will be sent to your privately. Homepage: Header image is a rotating carousel, like http://elizaandphillips.com. Please use an easy to update WordPress slider plugin for this. Featured products that are shown in the homepage can be marked/unmarked at the backend. Shop page: Functionality should mostly be self explanatory according to PDF. Categories are listed in the dropdown menu. Individual Product page: Again, should be fairly self explanatory. If unsure, just have a quick look at how they do it here: [login to view URL] Generally would like the same kind of functionality and rollover effect etc. Sale Page: All products that are marked with a 'sale' tag at the backend should appear on this page using the same layout as in the homepage. Rest of the pages - About, Contact, Returns & Shipping: Info will be created later on by you (seperate project/quote) or internally. But please create these pages as empty and with links from where necessary based on the PDF. Responsiveness: The site needs to be responsive and work not only on desktops but also on mobile phones. Compatibility: It will be tested on Chrome, Safari and Edge browsers. PDF will be sent privately to a select bidder.
