PHP + Joomla - Modify Web Service API Engine

Require dev team with following requirements 1. Experience with custom building, customising and integrating Joomla components 2. To fix the API Engine with following issues i. Incomplete data return ii. Incorrect formatting iii. Missing hyperlink and anchor text iv. Update integration doc 3. Must be able to commit to following i. Hands-on experience Project Manager with good communication, issues management and scheduling. ii. Daily update reporting iii. Daily code commit Bidder to present their past experience on the above requirements and answer the following with your bid to be shortlisted 1. What is the API framework and authentication token you had implemented? 2. How does the API Engine works with the API End Points for each modules that required to return data? 3. What are the capacity and volume that the API Engine can support concurrently? 4. How do you handle optimising and improving the response time of the API Engine? 5. What are the security protection in processing each API request?
