I am in need for a online, web based HTML form page which has various input values. These values should be replace variables within a template text file and output generate either on a web page or as a notepad.
To get an idea, I need something like this but preferably with Python.

Initial scope of this work is to create a web form (hosted on a free external hosted server) and a single template file with around 12 variables. Once this works and I am happy, the scope can be extended for more templates and a secure hosted environment.
I am looking for a simple and cheaper option, nothing fancy or highly functional.
