PHP script to read emails from Gmail

I am looking for someone who knows exactly how to modify the attached PHP script, running on a LAMP stack, to log on and read/save emails from a Gmail account. Then modify the attached script to read the "users" table and repeat the email reading operation for each user, saving the records in the database with the user ID. This is a paid test to see how well you quote and deliver, please quote at your normal commercial rate because if you quote and deliver this piece of work then suddenly quote much higher for the future pieces of work, then you will be wasting your time and mine. If you do not know exactly how to do this, then do not quote, there's just no point If you win the opportunity to work on this I will provide you with access to a web server on which this script is hosted.
