I just made wordpress site with a template that might help us do everything below . To finish my wordpress project. Details are showing below, I need it to do exactly what it shows in project Detail pro only

Each class will have (class name / date start and end / place / instructor name / class fees.)

The student must enroll in the class providing his info ( name , ID , address etc ). This will be kept as in our database as permeant record so the student may later on enroll in another class later on.

Steps:

The admin will create a course or workshop.

Instructor Name:

Couse No: ( automated numbering – yyyymmseq) for example : we have three courses in Jan 2018 , the auto numbering will look (201801001 , 201801002 , 201801003 etc). This number is unique and it be use for many uses .

A student once select a course or workshop will be asked to fill in an enrollment form.

Name ( E / A ) as appear in Passport.

National ID :

Cell Phone:

Email:

Address :

T-Shirt Size :

Photo:

If he or she already enrolled in previous course or workshop, than his or her information will be retrieved. That means each student will have a unique user record with password and forget password.

Database Reports:

Once we have a database the following report are essential for our business:

1-      Class / workshop attendance list ( Class / Workshop Name and Number +Students Names + Instructor & his / her assistance + Fees Received ) ( This is for accounting + statistic use)

2-      Student Badge (Student Name + Class / Workshop Name and Number + Date) will be issued for each enrolled student to set in the classroom.

3-      Instructor & his / her assistance Badges ( for organization )

4-      A class Attendee list for daily attendance. (5-days class means five sheets for students to sign in).

5-      Each student will received a certification at the end of the class / workshop.
