Python - Fix Code To Make It Successfully Submit A Post Request

Have code which currently is meant to submit a post request on a website, however the post request is giving an error. The post request involves filling a form and also calling an API to get a result to put in the form. All of this is successful, but I cannot find why there is errors. I assume it is to do with some cookies which are not set or something simple like this. Need someone to fix so that the post requests are able to successfully submit the form.
