Radio & TV Joomla Extension -- 2

I need to create an extension for joomla to manage: 2 zones 1) Radio Stations: a database with radio stations that i could manage (add, edit, delete), every radio station must have logo and description, every radio station must be showed on a module at the front end and the module must show a list of 20-30 radios and if there's more of 20 must paginate the rest... if i click on a radio station the module must load the player and start the sound (the block must load flash player for mp3 and WMP for acc.) at the head of player section of this module must have a configurable marquee for announcements...(Back-End) at the back-end must have a form to add radio stations and the fields must retain and save the next information on a DataBase: Validated Fields a) Name of the Station b) Continent where the station is located c) Country where the station is located d) State or Region where the station is located on the selected country. e) City where the station is located f) Stream URL g) Supported Streamtypes: Firefox,OGG, ACC ACCplus, mp4, qt, smil, 3gp, mpg, mpeg, m4v, mp3, wav, aiff, aac, m4b, wmv, avi, asx, swf, flv, rm, ram ) Optional Fields (only for records at the back end) Upload Station Logo Phone of the Station email of the Station Owner of the station at the front end, a form must be enabled for public users to sent radio stations information, if a public user fills the form to include their radio station on the list, this form must be sent the information to the database and at the back end must have a request section for reviews and approve or deny... this form must have the same fields located after... must have ads blocs at the bottom and right side of the player (back end configuration must be available) 2) Video & TV Stations all the same at the radio station section, but must include support for embed code at the player and stream information... to include USTREAM TV Stations or LIVESTREAMS TV Stations and fms and wowza media stream protocols ... conclusion: This project must have 2 Components (Radio & TV Stations) and 2 Configurable Modules (Radio & TV Stations). Must Manage Mysql, php, ajax for the end-user module use, javascript for the information loaded from the database and you have to design the popup player page with a nice looking one..
