redefine existing sql importer

Hi, You are importing all data at once in insert, it's advisable to import not more than 1000 records in one insert batch. You can have multiple insert statement batch of 1000 one after another, it won't eat the memory. It seems provided PHP is incomplete as it stopped at echo "<pre>$import_sql"; without </pre> end. Hey! whoever wrote this code doesn't know anything about memory. None of -64 GB ram computer can do that. He/She tried to import once, but it's not possible. It should be done one by one
