Remove credit card form from Magento checkout

Hi, this is fairly quick bug fix magento project.
Need to remove this credit card form from Magento 1 one page checkout
by inspecting elements from browser it seems to be "payment_form_authorizenet"
although in admin setting authorizenet and other credit card payment methods are turned off,
Need to fix this quickly.
