Hi,
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR PAID SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEWS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LANDING PAGE TO SEND TO OUR EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THE LEAVING A REVIEW PROCESS EASIER.
Summary: We're looking to manage reputation and get more customer feedback on our corresponding social media proof pages through a landing page.
Details: When a user lands on the page, they will be prompted with
"How would you rate your overall experience with COMPANY?"
[ 1-5 stars]
The customer will then rate their experience. If the customer rates 1-4 stars, they will be prompted with an embedded google form code that I will create. From there they can click submit and I can see results on the backend in google.
If the customer clicks 5 stars, they will be directed to either SITE 1 or SITE 2 to leave their testimonial. They will see "Please share your experience with others! Choose one: [SITE 1] [SITE 2]
Once they click one, they will be redirected to the corresponding website where they can simply write their testimonial and click submit.
