I would prefer to use Laravel but anyway, we can do it however you want. I am pretty conversant with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, plus PHP. We can host it on AWS as you want. I chilled and easy to talk to. In AWS we will start using their free tier but if your website needs more than the tier can handle, you will pay for it separately.
