Simple MySQL query and One Simple PHP code

Hi! I want hire someone who can write one small query and one small function which can provide me required data in table. I have one table called number_list in which I have id, name, number and one another table called number_status in which I have id, number, start_time and end_time. I want display data in my table called name, number and Number Status (if there row in number_status (filedname end_time = empty then I want show status as online else offline).
