Social Network Platform For Neighbors

This project is a web (and Mobile) platform that works as a medium of communication to connect people in the same neighborhoods. Unlike Facebook or LinkedIn this is a social network based on people’s geographic locations and neighborhoods. People can post messages to their neighbors and can create events and groups based on specific interests. Users will be verified by their actual addresses. People can make post and filter messages in one of these seven categories. o Alert e.g. (main st is closed or there is a fire alarm in the building) o Find help or I need help .e.g. I need help in finding good plumber o Lost/Found e.g I lost my phone in the park o Buy/ sell/borrow/ free I am selling a TV or I need to borrow a drill o General (this is for everything else like new Walmart store is opening here, or any news ) 35% of People don’t know their neighbors even though have lived in the same building or area for years. We want to offer a way of communication between neighbors to build safer and friendly community. Design I will provide the low fidelity and high fidelity wireframe for some pages. I will need a designer(s) to help in doing some changes and proposing ideas for a better experience. The platform has to be: • Load quickly • Adaptive • Secured There will be a map that shows the location of invited and non-invited houses and buildings. Integrate with FB (FB) Integrate with Email (To send invitation quickly) If this built well, I will have many more features I will want to add to it. I also have two other mobile app projects and I would love to start a long-term developer relationship.
