Social Network Sharing & Advocacy iOS & Android App/web

We need a php website with a native iOS & Android app for client/employee advocacy. Admin Section: - Create Different Brand Projects, each project as his look&feel, admins and users. - Ability to Invite with a unique ID of invitation to users, by mobile phone no, or by email, if tel. number, we need to send an SMS with link to register, with email, send email with link. - Create groups of users, easily add, delete or move members from one to another(s) - Connect via API, main brand social profiles, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, (if possible YouTube, LinkedIn, too). - Dashboard where the admin can see in different columns the last posts of each social network. - The admin can Create a new post with Image/text and publish on Groups feed, so the users of these groups can see in their feed it, the admin can select an option to send a push notification to the users about the new post in their feeds, as well add an extra message to these notifications. - The admin can share in to group(s) of user(s) an existing post from the main brand social profiles. User section: - User can only sign up by invitation or approbation of an admin - User could not select which groups he is part of (the admin does) - The user can connect their social networks via API. - In his dashboard he sees the feed of posts/news the admin has selected to show to him/her - The user can share the posts the admin shared before, so the user shares it in his/her personal social networks, he can add/remove/change the text of the post, and/or the image of the post if he wants, but if the admin when he shared the post in the group selected a "no" changes possible check, the user can only share as is it, the post. - User earns points for each shared content, for each post shared the user get X points. Is a lot more complex, and similar to many advocacy apps/sites, so the main idea is to do something like this and completing with more functionalities.
