Software Developer Needed For a New Refer-A-Friend Program

Hi there, I have a wordpress website and I need a software programmer to create an invite-a-friend program - ‘Referral Program.’ This software should be embedded within my wordpress website, and as the client commissioning this code, I will expect to own the copyright. You should also have some experience in web design/graphics, as the presentation needs to be visually appealing. Here is a brief description: 1 - On my website I will need have a referral landing page which needs to be customized to fit in with the design of my website. The referral landing page should have tabs for handling registration, log-in form, referrals tools, program overview, statistics etc. 2 - When customers click on the share icon it will expand to show sharing options (email, SMS, facebook/twitter/linkedin, google+, twitter, or personal link). 2.a If the customer clicks on the email button it will send the referral message to the email address chosen by the customer with a "referral link" to my website's 'new customer page.' The customer should also be able to easily access their own address books from popular email providers like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail and others, so that they can send the email referral. 2.b If the customer clicks on social media icon, it will send the referral message to the social media platform chosen by the customer with a "referral link" to my website's 'new customer page.' 3 - Then a thank you page appears. 4 - Then I should get a notification to say a referral has been made by that customer, (by email and on my website's admin dashboard). Then I will be able to either confirm the referral so I can issue the reward or decline it. The referral software should assign each customer their own unique code and URL/link to share however they want. This is also crucial so that I will be able to track the referral. I also required dashboard reporting. The API should be developer friendly to also allow third-party integration, i.e. Zapier and integration with my CRM.
