Solve some prestashop issues

I run a Thirty bees shop and have some API issues with my fulfilment company and other smaller issues I would like to get solved. So I need a developer to solve these for me. This isn't a big project, just a onetime hire of a Prestashop developer or maybe more times in future when needed and good results. I prefer a fixed price per issue. Here is a global list of the issues I would like fixed: 1) API issue. New orders are imported to fulfilment company portal, but after processing by them, the order status is not updated in my shop. I have an extensive API documentation from this company, so an expert should know how to solve. 2) Wrong orderstatus when payment is cancelled. When customer cancels a payment or there is a problem with payment, the customer receives an 'order confirmation' email, this should be an 'payment error' mail. Also, the shop owner receives a mail 'order confirmed', this should be a 'payment problem' mail (or no mail at all). 3) Minimize redirect rules. There are some rewrite rules on my .htaccess files. I need someone to minimize the redirect rules as much as possible for better page speed results. I need this for 1 shop and 3 sites. Kind regards, Patrick
