We just bought some webshops, they got same inventory and stock, but one main issue is they aint build on Prestashop Multistore, and right now we dont feel there is time to move them all in to a prestashop multistore, and make sure we keep up the good SEO the sites currently got.
What our thought is right now is we are going to have a prestashop installation, that is used as stock base, where we will update stock when we get new items and so on.
My idea how to do this is currently
1) Stock Installation of Prestashop, will recive a notice from the webshops on a sale, and substract the items from the Stock installation.
2) This will be done by other modules, but we will then every 1 hour every 2 hour, sync the data of stocks to the other pages.
So what we need would be a module for the stock prestashop page, that listens to the other webshops.
The other webshops make a call to the stock prestashop on a sale, sending information about what was sold, stock prestashop will substract the amount sold from the stock.
This system need's to be expandible so we can add more shops later on if needed.

Hello, your request make perfect sense, anyway i won't sync stocks every hour (or two)
since it could happen that in that time some other shop make a sell on same item and in this cas you dont know which is the master stock
anyway ill make something (a script a moudule or some action) that will keep everything in sync in real time
it is a tricky job (it needs a lot of control to keep data coherent) but it can be done in few days
