Telegram Bulk Messenger as SAAS

Within the scope of the project a SAAS website that enable people to send bulk direct messages to Telegram users that are members of the groups that chosen. Standart flow is this way: User goes to the main page: [login to view URL] User choses a plan and pays for his plan via Iyzico payment gateway or Coinpayments. His credits are loaded to his account. After this point app flow should be like the way in the youtube video - in video a desktop program is shown however what I want is a service in cloud based on subscription: [login to view URL] As shown in video, user should be able to insert the links of the groups that he is interested in sending bulk messages to their members, Export Telegram User ID's; Search by group address and export telegram group members ID"s (@username format) to a text file. Export the group members of the Telegram group link inserted and add them to his own group. Send bulk messages to group members of the group link inserted without the need to be a member of that group. User's credit should decrease as he sends messages. System should restrict the number of the exported Telegram users with the subscription limit. User should be able to buy a new subscription package and new one should add on the old one. Admin should have the standart functions like subscribed users, payments, add new user, send credit etc... This should run on AWS.
