2 Tiny Drupal 6.x Websites Conversion to Latest WorldPress

We have 2 charity websites in Drupal 6.x and we are planning to give them a life up by converting them to the Latest version of WordPress Websites. These sites are not large or complicated. You will need to present the content well in WP therefore study the current sites well and come up with your own novel way to present them. There are 2 separate websites, 1. The new server is supporting only PhP 7.x. So you will need to copy the sites/databases from old server to your local server do the conversion and then move to the new server. The budget for this project is FIXED no Negotiable $199 or less and we pay when the project is fully 100% finished. We are open to simple easy Themes that allow users to navigate without complication. The Default Seventeen Theme in WP with Mega Menu is fine as well.
