Project Description:
I have a project and am looking for the next best web developer that will join my team and work on my various projects. This is a long term relationship business proposal. I have designs ready, all am looking for its a great, skilled, undiscovered, knowledgeable web developer with an excellent skills to work on my project. We are a start up company and we have two websites that needs to be total completed. You need to proof that you can work in a competive environment and get work done at a particular time. You must be swiss Army Knife" developer, I mean someone who is decent at all levels of the stack (front end, middle-tier/API, back end) and who knows a breadth of languages and platforms, as opposed to specializing in one.
Traits required:
versatility, adaptability, risk-taking and a self-starter, drive, determination, persistence, curiosity and a great TEAM PLAYER. Most be able to learn new technologies, skill sets everyday.
Personal Skill
fantastic communicator someone that will keep me updated with the web progress. Good business, design, and development competency.
