i need to develop a tool to dial phone calls and answer phone calls and give reporting about the calls answered and dialed while having multiple agents can go online and offline at anytime.
all of this can be in a separate website / platform, but then integrated to zendesk support (only creating tickets for the calls and adding the recorded audio link to the ticket.
1. multiple users can go online and offline
2. login and logout of users
3. user can dial out and receive calls as well.
4. integration should allow multiple phone numbers.
5. prioritization of who will receive the call by user groups.
6. once call received / done a ticket in zendesk to be created with the information about the call
7. reporting dashboard for all things that can be tracked.
these are the minimum requirements and can be changed in time of development.
