I would hire an expert WP TPL developer who could make a Template with Dynamic update of elements from an external Google Drive Spreadsheet, or uploaded CSV file. The site design is not complicated. The design and CSS should be appropriate to this: <a href="[login to view URL]"></a> Please note this is a startup project, so there is no extra high budget and I would like to assist with screenshare the development session, on Your test server. Then when the template and the export-import solution of content is done, then you will need to assist me to install to my server. This would be a fixed price project.
