This project allows a viewer to register for a live stream event that has time slots with varying viewing security levels (from 0 to 5). After registration and email verification the administrator assigns a viewing security level to the user (this you do not have to code).
An embedded iFrame is used for viewing the YouTube Live stream. Your script will check with our mySQL server (same server that contains registration data) every 60 seconds and enable or disable the stream viewing on a user by user basis by comparing the user's security level to the current stream security level. (You do not need to code the admin tool that sets the stream security level, just the code that reacts to the security level)
I would like this project completed by the end of the weekend.
