Video Upload Function for WP XXX Site!

For my adult website, [login to view URL], I need: 1. To complete a custom upload page so viewers can upload their the own videos to my website. A small portion has already been started. 2. Once the file is uploaded, the tool will create a pending post (using my theme's style) with user-selected tags, category, title, duration. 3. I need admin view to approve or disapprove the posting of the video. 4. I want to essentially copy the same look and functionality as the screen shots. Please test that sample page with a video upload and you can see the next page of details I want copied as well (not all of them). I have the ID and PW, please pm me for the access. 5. Also, I need to setup and integrate Profile Builder into the overall user flow: Register, manage their own account profiles, then have access to the forum. 6.
