I want to build a real estate website such that
(1) The Super Admin and the agent will be the only ones that will be submitting properties
(2) Agents will be able to register from the front end and be able to pay agency fee (as specified by the admin) before the admin will be able to approve his login from the backend
(3) From the Front end users or property buyers will be able to search for property based on type (Land, home, office etc.) and based on location(area, zone, city or state)
Other details will be made known to the winner when he/she wins
