Create a website where: - There must be linkages provided to various social media portals like Facebook, Twitter, etc. - There has to be a feedback, opinion poll counter, page visits counter, news and notices archives feature inbuilt in the website, which may require a database. - It should be QR code and CMS enabled. Each page should be standalone - The website will be in open source environment with development tools and database - There must be a feature of calendar of events which can be updated and also gives flash reminders on homepage. - Interface with Dashboard display on home page. - Archiving of Documents. - Advertisements and Notices Information about various Guest Houses. - On-line acceptance of Application form by different divisions for various schemes. -- Status of Application. - Status of approved applications - Resources for Research. - Links to different databases - Bibliography and Catalogues - Access of e-mail through website - Website shall be Role Based with minimum skills required to update the contents by an authorized user. - It shall have bilingual version (Hindi & English) along with smart phone enabled access - It should be responsive for desktops, mobile phones and tablets - To make it vibrant, pictures shall be changed regularly and randomly from our archives - A message board for happenings or common cause with e-news feed - Feedback or suggestion form - Authenticated user page to share files and notification.
