We've got a couple of websites to build - based on WordPress - and my current coder is swamped with work - so, I need to add another developer to the team part-time / on a project-by-project, hourly basis. The projects are usually much more interesting (i.e. challenging) than straight-forward WP blog-style sites.
About you:
* Obviously you need to be an extremely capable coder (PHP, JS, CSS3, etc.) with a very strong understanding of WordPress
* You'll need to enjoy facing and solving unusual challenges. ("This isn't what WordPress was built for!" - "No, it wasn't - fun, isn't it?!")
* You'll need to be quick at picking up (if you don't already know them) any weird integration or wildness that our clients throw at us (what the hell is Pardot and how do we integrate with it? We had no idea - but we worked it out!)
* You'll be very much a developer. We don't expect you to be a designer or a UX guy - we want coding genius. The sort of person who excels at maths challenges, thinks Linux is fun, and probably went to University already knowing more than your Computer Science course expected to teach you. Seriously: we want a real developer - not someone who can do a load of stuff including basic coding.
* You'll need fluent English, and to be comfortable talking on Skype.
About us:
* Small team, 6-10 people at any time, mostly part time - currently based in Belarus, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Romania, Venezuela and the UK/Scotland.
* Big variety of projects. We sometimes do agency subcontracts on massive brands (adidas big enough for you?) but most of our work is for mid-sized companies, and sometime little one-person outfits (e.g. one of our current projects is a website for a dog walking business at the moment - not at all a massive brand!)
* We're big on efficiency - we tend to work fast, not hanging about.
* Work culture is very "Northern European".
* All communication is in English - project updates via Basecamp, task tracking and discussions on Jira, visual feedback on RedPen, and verbal conversations on Skype. We speak lots of different languages natively, so English is the "bridge" language for all team communications.
How to apply:

* We need to surface new content (different Features, different Calls to Action, etc.) depending on where the user comes from. (E.g. if they click on a link on the corporate site they see one load of content, if they click on a link in an email campaign they see another, if they go straight to the site they see another set of content.)
* Because of the way the designer imagined the site to "flow" everything is on one page. So, in WordPress we need to be able to edit the content, but can't do it on a page by page basis. What looks like lots of pages is actually all one page.
* And having built the system, we still need to use Google Analytics to track behavior. So how do we track user behavior in GA when the user never leaves the page they land on?
So, please pick 1 or 2 of the challenges mentioned there - whatever you think is the most difficult - and explain in one or two sentences how you'd deal with the challenge. (See what I mean? We need to solve fun problems - so... what's your solution?) Don't need an essay - don't want to waste anyone's time - but just give me a summary of how you'd approach these so I can see how you solve these kinds of problems.

You can edit in one page and every page separate with some selector like section,Id et. When you click on navigation javascipt can show content
* And having built the system, we still need to use Google Analytics to track behavior. So how do we track user behavior in GA when the user never leaves the page they land on?
You can activate gogole analytics script with JS when you click on new page. JS can send url. gogole API has the option for this, i think :)

In terms of the problems you have enlisted, following are some quick ideas about handling them:
- In terms of showing different content based upon where the user comes from, you can probably consider several approaches:
- try to grab the $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] to know where the link came from.
- alternatively, make every link different through adding your own params to the links. such as on corporate site, add a param to the links to know what the source is, and then on your backend once you find that GET param set, you can display different content. Do a similar approach for email campaigns, ...
- For your second issue about having a single page, you can intercept all the calls/actions, through wordpress hook the_content, and then render the proper content based upon your needs or steps. Utilizing Ajax would definitely be very useful to grab the content without reloads.
