I need some code to increase my website.
The development of 4 pieces of a wordpress website.
Here you can find the main details, other little informations no relevant now.
I need the single price for the following points please

We will work by milestones on a agile project management method. After all circle milestone and deposit of the developed code in my server.
You need to develop great user experience journey.
For me is very important the maintenance of the software, so please let me know after the develop the annual price of the maintenance and the number of the fix/intervention you guarantee.
1 USERS
Setup of a registration page (custom post type) It has to be setup with the facebook and google connect (setup of a wp social plugin for registration and login).
Setup of a users database (wp based) using an existing wordpress installation and with divi themes and the divi’s framework (eleganthemes). Possibility to see easily the database metadata (emails, new users registrated, unser cancelled etc).
In the website setup of a “users page”, connected with custom features and functions. Basically:
a) orders and payments
b) view of the EVENT created with possibility of a view (html), no modify.
c) access to personal information
2 CREATE YOUR EVENT
A wizard - three steps - to make users able to create the event.
I give you psd and you make database and html.
It’s a simple custom post type where user insert "title", "description", select a category, upload an image, and some other informations. here we need to integrate a piece of technology with facebook api – advertsing audience api -.
At the end of the flux of creation users has to pay.
Of course after the registration / login

All user can create an event – new id - (here, the user registration or login is not required).
At the end of the flux of creation, users has to be registrated or in session (logged in) to save the event. All users will see the event created in theyr personal page.
All the event created by users have to be administrated from wordpress, from the administrator of the site.
The administrator see all the informations (all the event details – title, description etc) and he can manage, writing and changing the metadata if he needs). For each event administrator can Moderate positive or negative.
3) ECOMMERCE paypal
Users can buy the product they have created (see the price details in wizard). I prefer to use wocommerce.
Customers receive a recipt by email (setup of the wocommerce receipt).
4) EMAILS TO USERS
Email and automathic sending – mailchimp setup
create the api service for mailchimp and sending email to users:
1) after registration
2) after the moderation of the event
3) after the payment (email with receipt)
4) after that a customer cancel the profile
5) after moderate negative an event
