WordPress Site customization

My website is running on the theme Jobmonster. Basically this is a job board theme in which b employer can post jobs and candidates can apply for jobs with paid features using woocommerce. But in my case, only employers will post jobs here. After approval, i myself will post the job to another site. I need the following customizations 1. Add additional field (for Phone number) on customer signup along with OTP verification of mobile number 2. Customize the welcome (and email/mobile verification) email 3. Add and remove certain fields while the user submits jobs 4. Certain columns to add and remove in the user profile (job management page) section 5. While using woocommerce for purchasing, Name, Billing address, etc should be auto filled (using their company and user profile) 6. Header logo image is going to second line in mobile screens. Which has to be fixed 7. Should be able to customize how many users can select a particular date (its like an ad slot. If on a particular day there are 5 slots, only 5 users can select that date. We should be able to customize how many slots are available for a day) 8. Should be able to add/remove certain fields in woocommerce product page These changes should be made in a way such that even if i install the theme file (after making these changes) in another site, the changes should be there. I will give the live site details once you understood the details. Payment will be in a single milestone and only after completing the work (I can give theme details. You may work on your on server)
