Wordpress Website Developer for KukulcanTours Final Customization

There are certain customizations that I need assistance with. They are very punctual items and I'm looking for someone experienced in Wordpress and HTML to help me finalize the last customizations to the website and to the Woocommerce. I wish to operate the website initially in English and Spanish and later on in French and Portuguese as well. So Multicurrency and multilanguage is a must.
Change Permalinks for better SEO. Somehow the permalinks are appearing with an encrypted URL. For proper SEO I want them the URL to be the name of the page. I tried changing it already on permalinks but it is not working. I also tried with the Yoast plugin and no can do.
Change text color to White. I was not able to change the text color using the Template. Please if it can be changed directly on HTML to a whitish color that makes the title more legible. See Image [login to view URL]
PlugIns: I uploaded the plugins that I believe needed the most. I know that there might be unnecessary plugins on the website. I need some advice on wish ones to keep and if there are any better ones than the ones I have I´m welcome to suggestions. I want the website to run as smooth and fast as possible. Is it OK to leave the PHP version as 7.1 ? Are all plugins compatible with the PHP 7.1?
Landing Page for promotions. Should I create a landing page for all promos or one landing page for Launching English, Spanish, promotions, etc…?
Add Shopping Cart Icon (fa-shopping-cart) and frame just like Booking Form using same CSS

Add a CTA Button PAY NOW (Links to Payment Button). I want to place it right between the total price and why book with us
Woocommerce: I need someone to help me with the customization details. There is already a template version within the woocommerce and plugins needed have been installed already.
WPML I will require the template to be accurately translated to Spanish, French and Portuguese. I can provide the multilingual text and I also have already the API key for WPML.
