WPLMS Customization -- Urgent

I am building a brand new and disruptive e-learning website, and I need the following customizations for WPLMS :

1) Integration with JWPlayer video player. As the classes will use this player.

2) Direct video file upload to S3 ( front-end ).

- Pretty simple, all you have to do is to call one api, which will output a JSON containing some information to be populated on the upload form. This information will be used by your ajax file upload headers.

- After each file has been successfully uploaded, you will need to call another API that will give you the video id, then you will save it wherever WPLMS usually save this information in order to display the video.

3) Video file deletion.

- Again, simply extend the WPLMS functionality and call another API passing the video ID whenever the instructor deletes a video file.

4) Extend the teacher dashboard/screens to show some metrics I will define in a database table.

5) 2 admin reports statistics that will probably be based on the above table.

6) Customization on the home page. I will need to re-arrange things, some UX work in order to have a unique look and feel for my website.

I need price/time for these requirements.
