Our firm is looking for an excellent, very experienced, and efficient developer or firm for a membership/E-learning (LMS) site. This website will not be a simple Membership / LMS site where certain data is behind a paywall. It will be more customized to a particular paid membership, based on data they enter during sign up. These are the general features of the Membership/Elearning site: - Customized sign up wizard - Jobs board - Podcasts, searchable by tags - Videos, some freely available to public, some available only to paid members - Yelp-style business directory - Integration with Stripe or other payment processing - Integration with AWeber or Mailchimp - Ability to import contacts via cell phone connection and connection with social media accounts - checklist module like [login to view URL] - Image editor I would like to temporarily hire an agency to complete the wire frames (Paid, of course). And if it's a match, hire on the firm for the full contract. Required qualifications: Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails or similar framework for building e-learning / LMS sites. Experience with developing SaaS systems. Availability via Skype or GoogleHangouts for regular check-in meetings This position will be ongoing and will involve regular upgrades, adding of new features and debugging/support. This is a longer-term relationship so we're seeking someone who is able to share the vision of this SaaS and help us execute a big vision. We need developers that can anticipate problems or issues and suggest solutions. We are not a tech or developing company and do not want to spend valuable time revisiting goals and covering ground multiple times. So a successful developer will know the questions to ask the first time and forecast potential trouble spots. The UI/UX should be modern and simple. The wizards and tool tips should guide first time users through the system. ***Please send examples of your modern, responsive design styles and clean dashboards as those are good ways to be put onto the shortlist.*** Please have specific examples of LMS sites you've created or modules/samples of the features we list above. ***This includes dashboards and screenshots of features for admins or students/teachers upon login on the backend.*** If you are under NDAs and cannot send demos or screenshots, please detail the specific modules or features you have worked on that are similar to the ones I am listing. Sample wireframes work as examples as well. If you cannot offer any specific examples, a screencast would work too, if allowed under your existing NDAs but please be specific in your proposal as to the work you have done. I need an agency or developer with extensive experience with most of these features or you must be able to articulate how you will attack this project efficiently and solve issues. If you do not have specific examples of completed LMS sites or SaaS sites, I am sorry, but you will not be considered.
