Powerpoint template with image bank for template

We need someone who can make a powerpoint template for a client. The client does not currently have a design manual but the design can be based on their logo. They want a clean "Scandinavian" design for their template. The template needs to be done properly with master slides that make sense and are grouped properly. The client needs about 10 different styles of slides that range from title pages to text pages and mixed media pages. The client wants to add text themselves so any demo slides should contain example text. The client also wants an image bank of images for the template. They want images for 2 places in the template: 1. Title Slide 2. Content slides They need to be edited so that they can easily be replaced with the powerpoint replace image function and still fit the design. This also means that these images can't be in the master. We are thinking about 20 different images for the title slide and 20 for the content slides. Images need to be edited so that the focus of the image is not covered by the text. As for the kind of images they want. The client is a Scandinavian IT consultant firm so they want images of people in a work environment. However, they need to look natural. Images that are obviously set up as photo shoots can't be used. Scandinavian work environments are also not very stiff so a more business casual dress code is good for the images.
